My first love

Soooo I got my desktop computer back after about 4 yrs without it!  It was sitting in my friend's garage in a plastic bag for about 2 years, so we weren't too sure if it would turn on.  This is what it looked like when we opened it up.... At first it turned on but the monitor wasn't registering, but then after I vacuumed inside a bit, voila! SO yeah, been playing Quake again online, and so should everyone who knows what's good for them.  Too bad ra3 isn't being played anymore :(

Thursday, April 28th

Wow this has been such an intense week at work!  Apparently May is even busier and I am nervous, but BRING IT ON!  In the past two days we have fucked up 4 orders, so that is four different clients I have to deal with and apologize to etc.  This is one part of my job as a catering coordinator that is really tough.  I have actually learned a lot in the past 8 months and hope that I will continue to learn and grow.

Today I brought in cookies that I made for the kitchen team at work, and gave them ice cream that I got for free when picking things up from a delivery we did at Dreyer's Ice Cream. They all seemed really happy!

Yesterday I saw the most hilarious parallel parking job while on the stairmaster at the gym across the street.  The lady kept hitting the parked cars behind and in front of her and she finally squeezed in after like 20 maneuvers.  Should have caught that on video!

I fell asleep last night watching a documentary on the civil war.  I am so cool!

Was supposed to go out to dinner tonight, but my friend is sick, so it looks like it's just another night with me and my kitty! Cactus Taqueria hooked me up with a delicious tostada. MmmmMmMmm!

So back in the summer of 2005 I found on a job on craigslist to do some mouse testing.  My game at the time was Quake 3, so I practiced with this mouse and made some demo's for the guy who designed it to take with him to E3. Weird huh? I've never seen anything like it before.  Totally forgot I still had it!  Basically we gamed for a couple hours a couple times a week and ate junk food and got paid.  I was 17 at the time and the only girl there, and wasn't able to go to E3 cauz my mom wouldn't let me. Sucked so bad!  Ahhhh the good ol' computer gaming days! Now its all about the xbox =p

Firstly, I would like to thank my inability to do absolutely nothing "productive" today to lead me to create this blog.  Well first post I guess.  I am a girl, I am single, 23, into fps gaming, have a full time job, love football, and am pretty attractive sometimes. Sounds good huh?

My life has been really shitty lately.  How are you guys doing by the way?

Ok back to me.  I spent the day playing 5 hours of Portal 2 and Black Ops, hanging out with my cat, eating cake, and being high.  It was a pretty great day. Oh ya, so why has my life been shitty lately?

It started off with being sick for months, missing work, going to the doctor wah wah.  Then I started dating this guy that went all crazy on me.  Got in a car accident when I stopped for a cyclist and the lady hit me from behind. Now I am getting my license suspended because the DMV doesn't have enough people to go through there mail, and if they did, would have found what they needed to NOT suspend it.  This morning I thought I lost my wallet so cancelled my card but then found it so now I don't have money for a week and have to fix all this stuff that goes through my card.
